Below you will find the answers to frequently asked questions. If you can't find the solution to your problem here, please contact the person who provided you the login code.

 

1) How does it work?

Very easy! Log in with the code you have received. Choose your gift and submit the form.

2) I have a login code. What do I do now?

With this login you can enter the gift site. Type the code and click on login.
Please note: the login code has limited validity!

3) I forgot my login code.

In case you loose your login code, please contact the person who provided you the login code.

4) Why does my login code not work?

Option 1: your browser does not accept cookies.

To be able to log onto this site and to send your order, your browser should accept cookies. If your browser is set to reject cookies, please check the links below for information on how to adjust these settings in the most common browsers.     Option 2: your company has a very strict firewall

    Place your order from a computer at home or elsewhere. Unfortunately you will not be able to order from your workplace.

    5) I got an error message while sending

    It might be possible the server is to busy if there are many recipients of the gifts online. In this case we kindly ask you to try again later.

    If you continue to experience problems when visiting the site, the error can be due to the settings on your pc or laptop. Please try again on a different computer.

    If the issue is not resolved, please contact the person who provided you with this gift. You will find the contact details in the email or letter you received with your login code. We would appreciate if you include any original error message - so we can quickly resolve the issue for you.

    6) The validity of my login code has expired.

    Geschenkvoormij has a certain validity granted to the login code. Unfortunately, after this date it will no longer be possible to place an order. Should you have any further questions about the validity, please contact the person who provided you with the login code.

    7) What happens to the data I have entered?

    We use your data exclusively to process your order. You will receive no unsolicited email and we will not sell your information to third parties.

    After ordering you will receive a confirmation by email.

    11) My gift will be sent to my house. How does it work?

    Your gift will be delivered on the address you have provided. The carrier/postal service will leave a message if you are not home at time of delivery.

    12) My gift should have been delivered but I haven't received it yet?

    Check the delivery date. If this is expired please contact the person who provided you the login code.

    13) I have received a different gift from the one I ordered.

    Contact the person who provided you the login code.

    14) My gift is damaged or broken.

    Contact the person who provided you the login code.

    15) I miss an article from the gift package.

    Contact the person who provided you the login code.

    16) Is there a warranty on my gift?

    Electrical equipment has a warranty. If the device has a malfunction please contact the person who provided you the login code.
